Influence of manganese additions in galvanizing bath on the morphology, kinetics and thermodynamics of the coating
Cette étude est relative à l'influence d'une addition de manganèse au bain de zinc sur le phénomène de surépaisseurs de revêtements observé par Sandelin lors de la galvanisation, à 450 °C, d'aciers calmés ou semi-calmés au silicium. La teneur en manganèse dans le zinc liquide modifie ainsi les revêtements obtenus et les mattes observées au fond des bains. Notre interprétation est essentiellement fondée sur la description du système thermodynamique Fe-Zn-Mn à 450 °C.
