IISI report on the management of steelplant ferruginous by-products*
Rapport de l’IlSI sur la gestion des coproduits ferreux de la sidérurgie
The IISI report on the management of steel plant ferruginous by-products contains the following informations :
- –
a review of arisings of the main ferruginous by-products generated from integrated steelworks and EAF plants,
- –
legislation affecting by-product disposai and recycling,
- –
problem areas with respect to recycling,
- –
changes in steelmaking practice to limit or reduce by-products,
- –
research and development to solve recycling problems.
Subject of lecture at the ATS Steelmaking Conference 1993 (Paris, 15-16 December, 1993, Session 12).
