Modernization of the run-out table cooling control system at Krakatau Steel hot strip mill*
Modernisation du système de contrôle du refroidissement de la table de sortie sur le train à bandes à chaud de Krakatau
This paper describes the modernization of the run-out cooling table control system of the hot strip mill at Krakatau Steel works. Both the original system design and the new developed system are explained. The results from the evaluation of the data collected during the first phase of commissioning are shown.
